Scheduling

I provide my clients with courtesy, responsiveness, and respect.  I schedule no more than two family portrait photography sessions each day. 

All photography sessions, portrait preview sessions, and portrait pickup is by appointment only.  I am available for photography sessions at times that are convenient for you.  Payment in full for the photography session reserves your appointment.

My cancellation policy is fair but firm:

  • with more than 48 hours notice I offer refund or rescheduling

  • with 24 - 48 hours notice I offer rescheduling only

  • with less than 24 hours notice you forfeit your photography session fee

Selecting Portraits

Selecting portraits for your home, office, and gifts is a wonderful and challenging experience.  Please have all decision makers present for previewing your portraits.  There is a $50 charge for additional portrait preview sessions, and this fee will be assessed for appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice.

We will be spending around one hour together previewing your portraits.  Unfortunately, kids get very bored looking at the previews while you decide which poses and expressions you love the most.  For preview sessions at the studio, please do not bring children.

Portrait Order

A 50% deposit is required when you place your portrait order.

Payment

I accept cash, checks, Visa, and MasterCard.  Washington State sales tax is added to photography services and all portrait, album, folio, and frame sales.

Copyright

Andy Held Photography retains the copyright to all portraits.  This means you can not legally make copies of any type, including scans.  It is important to me to accommodate reasonable requests from my clients while protecting my rights as an artist and receiving fair payment for my talent and effort.  Please discuss with me your desired uses of my photography.
